While many employers are beginning to grasp the importance of introducing wellness to their teams, many fail to consider the importance of first educating the teams themselves of the ‘why’.


We approach our programmes a little differently. We offer theory based talks and workshops behind the physical practices before we deliver. This allows employees to first understand the benefits of any given wellness practice and we have found this to add a different dynamic to the way each attendee engages with a session.
