While many employers are beginning to grasp the importance of introducing wellness to their teams, many fail to consider the importance of first educating the teams themselves of the ‘why’, and wonder why engagement numbers are so low. Our programmes include educational, theory-based talks and workshops behind the physical practices we deliver, which allow employees to understand both the benefits and the importance of wellbeing and self-care. Step 5: The metrics. We will be measuring and reviewing progress throughout the programmes for effectiveness
